This easy to make cocktail in a hot summer afternoon with temperatures soaring up 108 degrees (F) can bring back life in you.
Try it at home:
Preparation time: 5 minutes
2 medium sized unpeeled (ripe) white peaches, halved and stones removed.
1 tablespoon of syrup
1 to 2 tablespoons of lime juice
A bottle of perfectly chilled Prosecco
Put the peach, syrup and lime juice in a blender and make a puree.
Strain the mixture.
Put three tablespoons of puree in each of the champagne flutes.
Fill with Prosecco (Italian sparkling wine).
